Always look for helpers…
….because in times of need, or trouble or despair you can look around and find people helping according to Fred Rogers, known to generations as the sweatered, shoe-changing Mr. Rogers who relentlessly asked in song each morning “won’t you be my neighbor?” While some of us may find days darkened with dreary news of violence and political unrest world-wide, Mr. Rogers would remind us to see the good in each other. He would encourage us to celebrate our differences. Why not embrace new neighbors and learn from their culture?
Kinda Limited at ACL 2015
Unlike years past when music festivals were a true band reunion draw…or at least the line-up was so economically worthwhile you’d be a fool to pass it up, Austin City Limits was hum drum this year. Of course several bands still gave outstanding and memorable performances. Among those were Billy Idol, Modest Mouse, Deadmau5 and TV on the Radio.
Front 242
Goodbye Grand Central. You were too good to be true. A clean, classy little venue and night club featuring alternative and edm in the heart of Miami Beach, you stole my heart when you came to town a few years back. We shared so many good times: PIL, Psychedelic Furs, Peter Murphy, lemonheads, Front 242 and so many more. Now, you are closing your doors. This is goodbye. Our last week together. Front 242 (pictured) is the last fling we shared. You will always have a soft spot in my heart.
Sex on Wheelz
Mex-i-can, Mex-i-can’t
Happy Hour isn’t happy for everyone. Even with music, friends, libations and a merry atmosphere, some can’t shift moods. Is it as simple as having a bad day at work? Or, is it more complex like a troubled marriage or terminal illness? Is it something to share with others, or keep private? When does asking show you care and when does it become interfering? We all experience emotional struggles from time to time, how we choose to deal with them is what differs.
Nature’s symbiotic relationship

Welcome to a Visual Cornucopia that isn’t a portfolio. I promise.
We offer nothing to sell nor do we have anything to buy here. We’re not peddling our artistic perspective on anyone. We aren’t trying to get you to see the world through our eyes, our glasses or our sometimes lucid, sometimes deranged, demented or distorted minds. The world around us is an interesting place and if you blink too fast you miss magic moments. So much time seems to be spent on selfies…we just want to share the visual world with you. Just. be. cause. Ready?
